What is BiggDate?BiggDate is an AI-led dating app for adults who want a serious relationship. Instead of a swipe feed, an AI relationship profiler named Maahi learns who you are in a roughly 20-minute conversation, builds your Soul Profile, and sends you up to 5 curated matches a day.
How long does BiggDate onboarding take?About 20 minutes in total. How does Maahi work?Maahi is BiggDate's AI relationship profiler. She runs a roughly 20-minute conversation in two parts — basic facts, then psychological depth with adaptive follow-ups — and derives your Soul Profile from your answers. After onboarding she stays available as an AI companion.
Is Maahi a real person?No. Maahi is an AI, not a human matchmaker, and BiggDate says so wherever you talk to her. Maahi builds your Soul Profile and can coach you, but she never poses as a match: every person you are matched with is a real, separate member.
What is a Soul Profile?A Soul Profile is BiggDate's structured psychological profile of you, derived from your onboarding conversation with Maahi. It captures attachment style, conflict pattern, love languages, dealbreakers, core values and growth areas — the basis BiggDate's matching runs on.
What is a Soul Knock?A Soul Knock is how you start a conversation on BiggDate. Instead of liking a photo, you send a match a question; they answer it and ask you one back, and the chat opens once you have both answered. Soul Knocks have a small daily allowance, so each one is deliberate.
How many matches do you get on BiggDate per day?Up to 5 curated matches a day, on every plan. There is no endless feed and no swipe stack — match volume is intentionally low so each one is worth your attention, and each comes with a written reason the pair could work.
How does BiggDate decide who to show me?BiggDate compares your Soul Profile with other members' across attachment style, conflict pattern, love languages, values, dealbreakers, intent and lifestyle. Each daily match is picked for fit, not popularity, and comes with a written explanation of why.
What is a date debrief on BiggDate?A date debrief is a short structured reflection after a date — chemistry, what surprised you, and your decision (continue, pause or end). It tunes future matches and, over time, shows you your own dating patterns.

Is BiggDate safe?BiggDate is designed to reduce common dating-app harms: contact starts only through a Soul Knock, profile photos are screened before they go live, members can get an optional Pink Tick by verifying a LinkedIn profile and selfie, and you can block or report anyone at any time.
Is my BiggDate data private?Your Soul Profile, conversations with Maahi and date debriefs are private to you, encrypted at rest and never sold. Other members see only a short per-match explanation, never your raw profile. You can export or delete your data from settings at any time.
What is the Pink Tick on BiggDate?The Pink Tick is BiggDate's optional verification badge. You earn it by submitting your LinkedIn profile and a selfie, which the BiggDate team reviews manually. It signals a real, identifiable person behind the profile; it is a trust signal, not a paid feature.
